Salary: $32.00 to $35.00 hourly

Role Overview: The Welder/Fitter is responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling structural steel components, pressure vessels, and piping systems. This role requires strong technical ability, precision, and the capacity to interpret and work from detailed blueprints. Required Experience & Skills: *5?8 years* of welding and fitting experience. Ability to *read blueprints* accurately. Strong *measurement* and layout skills. Proficiency in structural steel and pressure vessel welding. Knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, etc.). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials.
