Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually

POSITION: The Residential Painter will report to the Property Manager with duties aligned to the Project Coordinator and will be responsible for or completing high-quality painting and surface preparation throughout occupied and vacant apartment suites and common areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Residential Painter may be required to perform other duties consistent with the scope of the position and the operational needs of the business. The Residential Painter's primary responsibilities include:. Prepare vacant apartment suites for painting as part of the unit turnover process. Complete all painting work required to ensure suites are "rent-ready" within established turnover timelines.. Patch, repair and prepare drywall surfaces, including filling holes, repairing dents and cracks, sanding and applying texture where required.. Remove wallpaper, loose paint and damaged materials prior to painting. Prime repaired or new surfaces as necessary.. Apply paint, stain and specialty coatings to wal
