Key Roles & Responsibilities: Provide engaging, interactive one-on-one and group setting care to toddler, preschool, kindergarten, and/or school-age children in a positive, professional, and inclusive manner.. Ensure the highest standards of safety, health, and well-being of the children at all times, while in care.. Assist with program creation and development that is age-appropriate and designed to stimulate and promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of the child (ren) — both individually and as a group.. Observe, assess, and report child's progress to the management team as needed — including developmental and behavioral issues or concerns.. Assist with and participate in the teams? shared responsibilities within and beyond the room.. Maintain daily effective communication with children, parents, and staff, both verbally and written.. Provide developmentally appropriate and acceptable behaviour modification techniques for the children.. Supervision and ev
