As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations before and after service.. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed..
