Health and Safety Advisor

Salary: $33.00 to $38.00 hourly

CanWest Concrete is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced *Health & Safety Advisor* -*with NCSO *to support our Health & Safety programs.. The successful candidate will work closely with our current HS&E Officer, management, and field teams to maintain safety documentation, support compliance requirements, and help promote a strong safety culture across CanWest's locations in Calgary and Leduc. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, update and organize HS&E documentation, records, and databases. Completing pre-qualification documents for contractors. Work with dispatch to organize safety orientations, training, and onboarding. Track certifications, tickets, inspections, and required documentation. Supporting safety incidents, driving to site, taking images, completing reporting, and follow-ups. Assist with COR audits, inspections, safety program requirements, update and file policies, procedures, safety reports, statistics, and documentation. Schedule and help present safety meetings.
