Carpaccio Restaurant & Wine Bar is seeking Sous Chef with 3-5 years experience to join our leadership team. Must have knowledge of Italian Cuisine, food costing scheduling, inventory and purchasing. We are an established Italian restaurant focused on authentic cuisine, fresh ingredients, consistency and strong execution.
