The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 *years? experience* in a 200+ seat casual fine dining establishment, is skilled working behind the bar curating cocktails and coffees, has extensive wine knowledge with excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and can be a great addition to our team-oriented high-volume environment.. Previous experience working in fine dining with Italian food and wine knowledge is considered a strong asset.
