Retail Sales Associate (Part Time): AutoShack Kanata: Hourly Rate: $20-$22 + Monthly Commission: What You'll Do: This role is approximately *65% customer-facing sales* and *35% inventory and operations*. Sales & Customer Engagement (70%): Assist customers at the counter and by phone. Ask the right questions to understand customer needs. Use Make/Model/Year and VIN tools to identify correct parts. Recommend compatible parts, accessories, and extended warranties. Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Inventory & Operations (30%): Receive and put away stock orders accurately and on time. Maintain organized shelves and back stock. Count and verify inventory as required. Process returns to the AutoShack distribution centre.
