Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Direct farm grooming activities. Greenhouse cleaning. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff.
