Our client, a very reputable real estate/development company, is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, ideally coming from public accounting.  The successful candidate will be a CPA with experience with financial modeling and reporting, cashflow forecasting, and people leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition directly out of public accounting into a role with a unique blend of analytics and team leadership. While the role is primarily focused on analysis, complex cashflow forecasting, and financial modelling, it also includes elements of traditional accounting activities and leads a team of 3-6 Financial Analysts.
