Mimi's Pub is looking for an *experienced Line Cook* to join our team part-time!. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pub kitchen. The ideal candidate can confidently work the line, stay organized during busy shifts, and consistently prepare quality food. What You'll Be Doing: Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards. Working efficiently on the line during busy service. Completing food prep and portioning. Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation. Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked. Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Completing opening and closing kitchen duties. Working together with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
