Position Overview: Reporting to the VP Programs, the Program Director will provide leadership, management oversight, support and guidance for Program and Project Managers for all major programs within the organization. What You Will Do: Use and promote industry standard program management processes and procedures. Support the IMP Programs Department in the development of Program and Project plans. Coordinate and direct activities across the Programs Department. Effectively manage Programs Department personne
