Overview: We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flat roofing techniques and construction practices. We focus primarily on Modified Bitumen torch down roofing and repair work. We require a fine eye for detail and quality workmanship for every employee. Roofing especially requires safety on the job site and all employees must have a good understanding of safe roofing practices and working at heights procedures. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Duties: Install roofing materials such as modified bitumen torch down rolls, EPDM, Metal Roofing and others. Perform inspections to identify issues with existing roofs and recommend repairs or replacements.. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and torches effectively to complete roofing tasks.. Collaborate with team members on construction site activities to ensure efficient workflow..
