Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Winder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in working with electrical systems. This role involves winding electric motors, interpreting schematics, and ensuring that all work meets quality standards. The Electric Motor Winder will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our products. Responsibilities: Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators and otherelectro-mechanical equipment. Use machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts. Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators and other components. Instruct apprentices. Rewind, assemble and install various types of coils. Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors. Perform some machining to recondition or modify shafts, commutators or other parts. Perform on-site servicin
