Building Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on *Building Maintenance Supervisor* to oversee the maintenance operations of multiple residential buildings. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to building safety, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: Maintenance & Operations: Oversee daily maintenance operations for multiple residential and commercial properties. Perform and supervise repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance, and cleaning. Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules. Conduct regular building inspections and identify repair needs. Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and emergencies Supervision & Leadership: Assign work orders and monitor completion and quality of work. Provide hands-on support when needed.
