Skyview Ranch Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary clinic with services that consist Physiotherapy services for MVA's, WCB's, Chiropractic services and Acupuncture/TCM .. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, energetic, and organized individual to join our team. This position will start ASAP as part-time. Responsibilities Include: Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; billing and spreadsheet management; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims.
