The successful candidate will: -Provide enhanced First Nations and Metis cultural perspectives, awareness and guidance to students, families and school staff.-Enhance linkages to the First Nations and Metis community.-Provide case coordination for students who are experiencing social, emotional and/or behavioral problems.-Work to increase overall First Nation & Metis graduation rates.-Participate in and/or conduct home visits to better assess student and family life.-Consult with the principal of the high school(s) and co-operate with school staff on a regular basis.
