Our *Bowen Road *location is seeking a new *Full-time Café Manager *to play a key roll in the daily operations of our Café. You will be responsible for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. You will be prepping various meals ,platters, training new recruits, and assisting customers with a smile. If you are a confident leader with a passion , we want to hear from you! Some of what you will do: You will train ,manage, and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity. You'll support in daily scheduling needs, ordering and inventory, and communicating to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues. You'll ensure correct quantities of food are prepared to meet daily needs. You will ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures. You're efficient, organized, and enjoy working through challenges.
