Tropical, a busy Latin restaurant and nightclub in downtown Calgary, is looking for a reliable and energetic Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a cooking station during service. Depending on the shift, the Line Cook will operate either the fryer station or the flat-top/grill station, prepare menu components accurately and ensure orders are completed on time.. Our kitchen lead handles most advance preparation and final plating. We need someone who can learn our menu, manage their station independently and remain organized during busy dinner and late-night service. Responsibilities: Operate the fryer or flat-top/grill station during service. Cook menu components according to Tropical's recipes and standards.
