About ACF: ACF does industrial steel fabrication, coatings, field services and mechanical services across Alberta. Our crews support industrial, energy and infrastructure clients from the shop to the site. The role: We're hiring HDPE fusion technicians to join our [Field / Mechanical] crews. You'll install, fuse and test HDPE pipe systems on active job sites, working to the client's specifications and ACF's safety standards. What you'll do: Butt fuse, electrofuse and socket fuse HDPE pipe and fittings. Set up, run and maintain fusion equipment, and keep fusion logs and data records accurate. Read drawings, isometrics and procedures, and prepare pipe (cutting, facing, alignment). Help with pipe handling, installation, pressure testing and tie-ins. Take part in daily hazard assessments and follow site safety rules.
