About the Role: Total Transload Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented *Data Entry / Operations Assistant* to support daily scale house activities, shipping and receiving documentation, and inventory tracking at our industrial transload facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate operational records, processing truck and rail-related data, and ensuring inventory information is entered correctly and kept up to date.. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, easily adapts to digital systems, can manage repetitive data accurately, and is able to communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and other members of the operations team.
