CS2026-09-23: Temporary Part-time MDR Technician: Position to commence immediately: Position Summary: The MDR Technician will be responsible for decontaminating, reprocessing and sterilization of equipment, supplies and instrumentation, as well as maintaining the sterilization systems using preventative maintenance and quality practices. The MDR Technician will ensure the sterilization system's maintenance is performed as per hospital policies and procedures. The MDR Technician will also function as an OR assistant, working collaboratively with OR staff, as well as deliver sterile supplies throughout the hospital as needed. The MDRD Technician will maintain proper infection prevention practices and act as a resource of current information on accurate infection prevention practices as it relates to the OR/MDRD.
