IS2 is looking for a skilled Welder Apprentice for our Client in Langley in a hands-on manufacturing environment. If you take pride in producing quality welds, enjoy working with different welding processes, and know how to read drawings and get the job done right, we want to hear from you. Pay: $30.00-$40.00/hour What You’ll Do: Set up, adjust, operate, and shut down welding equipment safely and efficiently. Perform Flux Core (FCAW), MIG, SAW and TIG welding. Read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and job-specific instructions. Complete CJP and other welds in accordance with established procedures and specifications. Repair and rework faulty or non-conforming products using approved welding procedures. Perform gouging, grinding and weld preparation as required. Inspect your completed work to ensure welds meet company and customer quality standards. Complete required production and quality documentation.
