About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Automotive Painter to join our collision repair team. This role goes beyond painting: you will also perform auto body repairs, glass replacement, and assist with estimating when needed. If you take pride in quality workmanship and can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced repair environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: _Painting & Refinishing_. Mix paint, blend, and match colours to OEM specifications. Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brushes or spray guns. Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting. File, grind, and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools. Inspect finished repairs for appearance and quality of work. _Auto Body & Collision Repair_. Review damage reports and estimates of repair cost, and plan work to be performed. Repair and replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames, and underbody components. Hammer out dents, buckles, and other defe
