Reporting to the supply Chain and Systems Operations Manager, The Customer Service Representative supports assigned customer accounts by processing orders, preparing shipping documents, responding to inquiries, verifying billing information and maintaining accurate records. This role coordinates closely with warehouse, transportation and accounting teams to help orders move accurately and on time. Compensation & Benefits: 46,000 per year (based on experience).
