Job Summary: Island Culinary Service is gearing up for our busy Fall and Winter Seasons. We are looking to add to our team of Catering Staff. We are looking for both Full time and part time professionals that can add to our core . Banquet servers and banquet captains for the FOH. These positions play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of events. We are seeking individuals who are organized and have good communication skills, whether it be with their team, kitchen staff or clients. Each position can enjoy the variety of catering options we provide from wedding, C.O.L's, cocktail parties, barbecues, prepackaged meals etc. Responsibilities: Oversee banquet operations with exceptional service and ensure all events run smoothly from setup to breakdown.. Lead and manage a team of servers, and kitchen staff during events.. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation..
