Position Summary The Dishwasher & Janitorial Associate supports kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the entire restaurant facility. This role ensures dishware, equipment, floors, storage areas, dining areas, entrances, office space, and washrooms are clean, safe, and inspection-ready to support uninterrupted food production and service. Core Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Sanitize cookware, utensils, trays, and kitchen tools. Maintain clean and organized dish pit, sinks, and sanitation areas. Maintain and monitor sanitation buckets and cleaning solutions as required. Remove garbage, recycling, and compost from the kitchen, dining room, office, entrances, and exterior bins as required.
