Job Description Role- Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) Lead business architecture, requirements, and functional solution design for enterprise Pega transformation initiatives in banking, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience, including 8-10 years of hands-on Pega PRPC experience across Pega 7.x/8.x and Pega Infinity 23.x/24.x/25.x. 8+ years in Banking and Financial Services, including at least 3 years in AML/KYC, compliance, customer due diligence, or related operations. Pega Certified Lead Business Architect (CLBA) required; PCBA and CSSA are preferred. Experience delivering enterprise workflow, case management, and globally distributed programs. MUST-HAVE TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Pega Constellation UI, Pega Blueprint, Case Management, workflow automation, decisioning, and
