You will apply your expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and playbook development to review and evaluate AI-generated legal content Key Responsibilities: Perform contract drafting, redlining, and simulated negotiations. Review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements. Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and provide expert feedback. Develop playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and grading criteria for contract tasks. Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams remotely Required Qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
