Key Responsibilities Welcome and communicate professionally with new and existing clients. Understand clients' beauty, skin, and hair needs and recommend appropriate salon services. Explain available treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products. Generate new client leads through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and follow-up.
