Forest City Neurofeedback is a dynamic rehabilitation company located in London and St. Thomas, Ontario. Our team works with clientele across the lifespan (ages 6+), and use a client-centred approach to therapy goals. We have two multi-disciplinary clinics in London and St. Thomas offering occupational therapy, psychotherapy, social work, and neurofeedback services. Our focus is providing holistic care and function by meeting the client's physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. We are currently seeking a part-time Social Worker in *LONDON, ON and ST.THOMAS, ON.* Responsibilities: Assess clients and develop a treatment plan/program. Provide counselling services to address psycho-social issues. Work as a member of a healthcare team, collaborating with medical, community, and insurance stakeholders.
