POSITION DESCRIPTION: FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for a business architect motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to translate strategy and business needs into target capabilities, processes and operating models; define transformation roadmaps and the gaps to close; engage stakeholders and work with other architects to ensure consistency and benefits tracking KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze business needs and issues and translate them into business capabilities. Model target processes, capabilities and operating models. Define transformation roadmaps aligned with the strategy. Identify the gaps between the current and target states and the initiatives required. Engage business stakeholders and arbitrate priorities. Collaborate with enterprise, solution and data architects to ensure consistency.
