JOB DESCRIPTION Department:Yard Job Title:Shuttle/Van Driver Facility:Oakville Reports to:Terminal ManagerAWC Operations Canada (AWCC) performs many logistics functions. Some of these are real time yard management, real time data transfers, real time vehicle direct locating, dealer delivery, import / export preparations, rail car preparation and switching, rail car loading and unloading, and extensive assembly plant operations. Summary of Position: This position is responsible for driving customer vehicles within the Oakville yard, rail area, as well as on public roadways to an offsite up-fitter or off-site yard, in a safe and efficient manner. As well as shuttling the Shuttle Drivers along established routes to local destinations as a Van Driver.
