JOB DESCRIPTION The mission is simple; always be the best part of someone's day. We are a neighborhood bakery specializing in sourdough breads, viennoiserie, desserts and specialty coffee. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Bake all sourdough breads, baguettes, croissants and morning pastries following company recipes and processes 2. Mix doughs, shape, proof and score breads every morning 2. Follow recipe and procedure standards for scaling, prepping dough for breads or other pastry products 3. Ability to use standard pastry kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers 4. Meet daily and weekly production requirements set out by the Head of Bread & Viennoiserie 8. Clean, sanitize and organize workstations daily 9. Follow all health and safety polices and procedures QUALIFICATIONS 1.
