Bridlewood Child Learning Centre (B.C.L.C.) located in Kanata, Ontario is presently looking to hire a full-time, permanent Director following the retiring of their present Director of 38 years. The individual will report to the Chair of the Board of Directors. B.C.L.C. is a non-profit licensed child care centre with two (2) preschool classrooms and one (1) toddler classroom, with a capacity of 63 spaces. The individual will oversee 15 personnel - 9 full-time program staff, 1 full-time cook, 3 split-shift program staff, 1 part-time housekeeper, and 1 full-time administrative assistant. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Director to provide operational, financial, pedagogical, and administrative leadership for a licensed, non-profit child care learning centre.
