Overview: Chadwicks & Hacks has served customers in Hamilton since 1955. We sell BBQs, fireplaces, outdoor living products, parts, and more. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our showroom counter team.. This role involves much more than greeting customers. You'll help people in person, by phone, and online; process purchases and returns; check inventory; and follow up on orders from the time they're placed through pickup or delivery. Some customers know exactly what they need. Others will need help finding the right person, product, or answer. What you'll do: Assist customers at the counter, answer incoming calls, and respond to online inquiries. Process sales, payments, returns, and customer orders accurately. Check product availability and help customers with order confirmations, pickups, shipping updates, and delivery questions. Look into order discrepancies or customer concerns and follow through until they're resolved or passed to the right teammate. Work
