We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You'll be working on a mix of residential and commercial systems, so no two days are exactly the same.. Journeyman status is strongly preferred, and if you know your way around boilers, even better. What We're Looking For: Solid experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems. Journeyman certification/status strongly preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills — you actually enjoy figuring out _why_ it isn't working. Good attention to detail and pride in doing the job properly. Customer-service skills — because being good with people is just as important as being good with equipment. Able to complete paperwork accurately and on time (yes, we really do need those service reports).
