Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 annually

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our team. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen staff, help with innovative menus, hire a productive team, and ensure top-quality food production. Duties: Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop and maintain menu items that meet high-quality standards. Coach and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
