Line Cook Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to St. Louis recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.. Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations throughout the shift.. Prepare ingredients including cutting, chopping, portioning, mixing, and preparing sauces.. Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.. Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, temperature, and storage procedure
