Salary: $91,520.00 to $120,000.00 annually (to be negotiated)

Languages: Bilingual Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Work setting: Renovation. Construction site Tasks: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Develop risk management plans. Respond to fire alarms and other calls for assistance. Plan development projects. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work. Work with minimal supervision. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Construction site supervision. Identify and advise on anticipated natural risks. Prepare reports for senior management.
