Job description: Phoenix Construction is looking to hire General Carpenters immediately.. The candidates must work well with peers as well as trades and suppliers. Preference will be given to candidates with past residential or commercial construction experience. Job Summary: As a General Carpenter, you will be working with our team throughout Central Alberta on the construction of various projects. Responsibilities: Includes, but not limited to the following:. General carpentry. General construction duties. Steel frame construction knowledge. Finishing work. Metal cladding. Quality control from start to finish. Site cleanup as required. Follow all company safety protocols. Complete safety inspections Job Qualifications: Journeyman Carpenter would be an asset but not a requirement. Minimum of 1 year Residential or commercial construction experience.
