What You'll Do. As an RECE at Gold Circle, you will work collaboratively with fellow educators to provide high-quality care and programming while supporting the individual needs, interests, development, and well-being of the children in your care. Your responsibilities will include: Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences.. Create a welcoming, inclusive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.. Observe children's interests, development, and emerging skills and use these observations to support programming.. Support children's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and communication development.. Build positive and respectfu
