ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: The Building Maintenance Worker provides building maintenance services that support the operation and improvement of the community's capital assets and infrastructure. Primary responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs, carpentry work, and basic plumbing and heating tasks, as well as assisting certified trades as needed. Additional duties include general labour and groundskeeping.. The worker is required to travel between to various sites to complete tasks and will cross-train with other maintenance staff. As a Building Maintenance Worker, it's critical to follow all safety guidelines, regulations, and organizational policies, and to ensure that all work aligns with the mission and values of the organization.
