_*Saint Johns Tavern is looking to hire an experienced dishwasher for a full time role. *_. _*Tuesday-Saturday 5:30pm-1:30am, $18/hour + tips*_ Key Responsibilities: *Washing and Sanitizing:* Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial machines or manual three-compartment sinks.. *Station Maintenance:* Keep the dish pit and surrounding kitchen areas organized, safe, and free of clutter.. *Sanitation and Safety:* Adhere to health codes, monitor chemical/sanitizer concentrations, and manage waste disposal and recycling.. *General Support:* Sweep and mop floors, stock clean items, and occasionally assist with basic prep work or deliveries. Qualifications and Skills: *Physical Stamina:* Ability to stand for long shifts, work in hot or humid conditions, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).. *Reliability:* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the capacity to maintain a fast pace during busy service rushes.
