The Housekeeping Supervisor is a working housekeeper role who assists the General Manager plan, organize, supervise, and motivate to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Job Duties: Performs guest room housekeeping duties, laundry functions, arrival checks, and cleans public areas and conference areas on a regular basis. Trains, onboards, and motivates housekeeping and laundry personnel. Collaborates with maintenance staff. Assists the General Manager to organize the daily functions and duties of the housekeeping department, including scheduling. Provides direction and supervision when the General Manager is absent. Inspects quality of linens and advises the General Manager on purchasing requirements. Inspects guest rooms and public areas
