Central Saskatchewan Co-op is recruiting a Full-Time Assistant Manager for our Westwood Drive Gas Bar/C-Store in Humboldt, SK What youll do: Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand. Assist in the management of the Westwood C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations. Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards. Assist in the leadership of the team providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide effective direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, talent management and oversee recruitment. Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Other duties as assigned. Who you are: You have a Grade 12 education.
