Merlis Belsher Place is a state-of-the-art recreation facility located on the campus of the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and operated by Nustadia Recreation Inc. Nustadia Recreation is looking for a motivated team member with proven operational and management experience.The Operations Manager is responsible for the following:-Supervise the facility operations using NR Is Best Practices methodology for arena operations which includes:-Oversee all aspects of building operations including arena and gymnasium operations and maintenance, HVAC, lighting, etc. This would include but not limited to capital improvements, refrigeration maintenance and servicing and health and safety-Maintain a comprehensive facility maintenance program-Maintain a comprehensive facility risk management program-Hire, train and supervise full and part-time facility operators and Arena Attendants-Develop and manage a mentorship training program for all arena operators-Oversee the refrigerati
