EigenQ is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our growing quantum security company. This is an in-person position in Waterloo for someone who takes pride in accurate records, dependable follow-through, and careful handling of confidential information. What you'll do: a. Maintain accurate financial records and record day-to-day transactions.. b. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and follow-up.. c. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts.. d. Support payroll administration and maintain related records.. e. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.. f. Organize documentation for accountants, auditors, and tax filings.. g.
