Building Superintendent

Salary: $28.85 to $30.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Initiative. Judgement.
