Flexible work hours (some evening work required) We are seeking a permanent full-time Cultural Program Coordinator to facilitate Cultural Programming to all Eagles Nest program locations in Saskatoon. Responsibilities: To coordinate the delivery of innovative programming solutions involving, but not limited to: group activities, workshops, seminars, traditional crafts, indigenous languages, ceremonies and teachings, land- based teachings, and summer culture camps To ensure programming is safe, supportive, culturally-informed, and based on caring, respect, growth, and learning To resource Elders and traditional teachers, and supervise the facilitation of programming To identify and apply for community programming grants To coordinate and/or deliver staff education and development workshops to enhance an understanding of Truth and ReconciliationTo demonstrate fiscal responsibility and responsible planning & management of resources in everyday work Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
